After your order is placed, I go to the P.O. and mail your package, as soon as possible.
Return Policy
No refunds.

In case of defective items, I'll ship you a new item for free.

In cases where items have arrived in damaged condition for reasons I obviously cannot be held responsible for, you will have to cover at least the shipping costs for the new one.

Honestly, I've never faced such a situation before.
